FREE CLICK & COLLECT SERVICE

We now offer a Click and Collect service from our store located in Kirkbymoorside. You can select this option at checkout.

This service is FREE of charge and takes between 3-7 working days. A member of our team will contact you when your order is ready for collection.

Returns - For any returns, please process a return online on your account before returning your items back to us.

Refunds - Will take up to 10 working days (refunds cannot be given in person)

UK STANDARD DELIVERY

If items you have ordered are in stock, we aim to despatch within 48hrs of the order being placed. All parcels should be received within 3-5 working days. If items are out of stock, we aim to dispatch within 5 days of the order being placed, if this is going to take longer we will contact you either by telephone or email to discuss your order.

All parcels must be signed for to ensure a safe delivery. Please supply a delivery address where a signature is available. Please quote your registered card address when placing an order.

Note that for some orders the postage cost may increase once an order has been placed, this is due to added surcharges, the size or weight of the item(s).

We will contact you via email or phone and amend your payment upon agreement, if you would prefer not to continue with the order then it will be terminated immediately.

LARGE - RESTRICTED POSTAGE

Expected delivery within 5-10 days.

Products such as large bags of Dog & Cat Food, Horse Feed, Small Animal Feed and Bird Feed, are not held on stock. They will incur a higher cost due to the weight, the maximum weight per consignment being 30kg, at £6.99 per consignment. If you order multiple items each weight bracket incurs an extra cost.

This postage type can only ship within the UK Mainland.
